I’ve told you many times about my best friend, my diary.
I know how it sounds. Like I have an imaginary friend. Like a child.

Exactly!!! Kids are right. Imaginary friends are THE BEST.

I receive a lot of questions about my journaling practice, and I can understand it would be hard to start, which is why today, I decided to do the unthinkable, and to share a few extracts of my diary.

I am going to start by coming forward right away and admit this to you.
I do. Everyday, I write: “Dear Diary."

Sometimes I even add another “Dear."
I have a list of “Dears” depending on who I am feeling I want to talk to.

They’re never real people so bear with me, I am sharing very sensitive information here.
Like “oh no she’s crazy” type of information.

My dears can be my Guardian Angel (I’ve been told who he is by an angel lady and now I can’t unlearn that)(!!!). It can be my grandmother Mina who passed years ago (I’ve been feeling that she is looking after me from the clouds)(!!!). It can be The Universe (even t…
