What if I am not receiving the newsletter?
If you are not receiving the newsletter, please check your spam folder first. If you can’t find them there, please get in touch!
How can I join community live chats?
The access to community lives comes with all paid subscriptions. I announce the date and time in my newsletters and I usually share a story with close friends on my Instagram a few minutes before the live starts.
In order to join, download the Substack app and enable notifications to receive an alert when the live starts.
If you can’t make it, you can watch all recordings in the archives.
How do I become part of Instagram close friends?
I use your Instagram handle to add you to my close friends list and to let you know when we’re about to start a live community chat. When you sign up for one of the paid subscriptions, you will receive a link to confirm your handle.
If you are a paying subscriber and do not see the live chat announcements, let me know at members@garance.world.
What is the difference between The Letter and The Note?
The Letter is my very personal, thoughtful, almost always profound and sometimes hilarious newsletter which I send to all paying subscribers. The frequency is every two weeks. If you subscribe for free, you will receive The Note, a super short newsletter about all of the things I love! The Note is sent once a month. Paying subscribers receive both The Letter and The Note.
Can I read The Letter before I sign up?
Here are three of my newsletters, free for you to read. I chose those which are not too revealing (I am extremely revealing in the private newsletter), seeing as they’re out in the open, but I think you’ll definitely find the spirit of my writing!
