Dommage d’avoir autant de recommendations d’articles de fast fashion !

COS designs are timeless, and their quality transcends individual seasons. COS is more sustainable than many other non-fast fashion brands, as a significant amount of effort and consideration goes into the design process. I have been buying COS products since their first collection, and my love for the brand has only grown, especially since some years ago I became a part of the COS design team.

Very excited about the brown coat. Browns have been missing from the fashion palette for too long, in my opinion. I picked up a lovely brown puffer vest Sunday. Now if the temps will drop I can wear it. It's going to look damn great!!

Admire the browns from our collections Kingdom Of Bhutan first ever in USA www.samsaragear.com

Oh I was actually walking in the English country side when I got this note (read it at the car park before heading back). Thanks for candidly sharing, on this note and the previous one, about your style journey, tips and dilemmas.

By the way, I am new to the community and, although I live in Bristol, I work in Bath, this might have happened already....but I was thinking that it would be lovely to have a meet up in Bath.

PS I always say to my husband that my dream personal style is Lauren Bacall, meets Katherine Hepburn meets old hunter and a classic ship captain (I love an old man´s wollie and a hat).

Live and work in Bath too.We should all arrange a meet up in COS😄

As someone who lives nearby ( Bradford on Avon), where else would you recommend shopping in Bath, other than COS? (especially any shops that cater to men as well)

Heya, I love Bradford on Avon, so pretty and very nice and cozy pubs!

I do not shop in Bath a lot but there is a bit of everything for everyone. My favourite type of shopping in Bath is charity shop shopping. Especially the little shop on Margaret's Buildings close to the circus, actually, that's my favourite street in Bath.

I loooove this shop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQGyUhoA-5Y

It is not a clothing store but it is a must visit. (I work just around the corner)

I work in one of said cozy pubs in BOA, The Castle, at the top of the hill!

Hmm now that I am back in the area I need to explore those charity shops again, and get over my childhood trauma of being dragged into that Oxfam for what felt like hours.

Also that shop looks very interesting, will have to give it a visit, and sounds like a very cool place to work!

I do not work in that shop, I work in a Museum nearby but yes, it looks like a lovely place to work.

And I know what you mean about being dragged around Charity shops, hopefully your Bath experience it's much nicer!

Sorry, I meant that general area rather than the shop itself. Ooh what Museum do you work at (if you are happy to share)? Some of the museums in Bath are really lovely, and something I should consider visiting more often.

Yes, I much prefer Bath now that I am older. I love working in Society Cafe, going to the Little Theatre (or resorting to Odeon) to go and watch a film, shopping (although normally less in high end boutiques... MandS is the height of my luxury) and just ambling around the city, especially when the weather is good.

I work at the Musuem of East Asian Art just off the circus. It is a little museum but it is quite lovely. I get what you are saying about Bath.... I always found it too touristic but once you know certain spots and you have your favourite hang outs it is lovely. Also, I live in Bristol and, although I love it, Bath reminds me a bit more to the mediterranean cities where I greu up (historical centres, small shops everywhere, every walkable...)

Girl. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're living in Sussex. You don't have to be a style queen. Just dress with whatever you have in your closet to suit the weather. (I'm glad you got wellies) If you want to up your game, get some Hermes scarves and shawls, since there will always we some wind and precipation, and they are perfect for handling that in a stylish way. Breathe a deep sigh of relief. You are in a place where the social signifiers aren't focused on dress.

You need to discover American Vintage... or maybe you already have. Decent prices, good size range, quality construction, fabrics you want to touch and wear.
